We simply meet what arises— the resistance, the fear, the stuck parts. Not to push them away, but to include them.

I've been where you are.

I lived with chronic fatigue for over twenty years, after having a stroke at 24 years old.

I searched everywhere for answers — books, teachers, methods. Nothing truly shifted… until I learned how to feel safe in my own body.

That changed everything.

I began to hear my own truth, but it was hard to listen.
I left a 28-year relationship. I allowed myself to face what I had feared — that I loved women.

Now, I live a life that once felt impossible.
One that is calm, honest, and true to who I am.

Not because it was easy, but because I chose to listen.
